Winter at the Spielberghaus

Freeriding and Snow Angels

Out through the door and off you go, there are so many possibilities to make your winter holiday with us at the Spielberghaus an unforgetable experience.

After strengthening yourself with our extensive Spielberghaus breakfast, the start of your day is on the doorstep into the winter wonderland. Whether you set off on touring skis for the next summit or set off on your way to the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, we are prepared for you - because here at the Spielberghaus everyone is welcome, regardless of whether you are an endurance athlete, "culinary-afcionado" or powder enthusiast.

At the end of the day you can enjoy your après-ski, chilling under the stars in the hot pot or in the panorama sauna.

Ski in - Ski out

…or even better, powder in - powder out! In addition to the Kohlmais ski slope, you can get to the Spielberghaus freeriding over the legendary "Amsel" - a powder slope that has put smiles on many faces.

Freeriding

A smile on ones face after the perfect run is guaranteed when freeriding in the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn. And with Fieberbrunn, the Skicircus presents a real freeride Mecca. Countless powder runs can be found on site, including one of the best, the legendary "Amsel", right behind Spielberghaus.

Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn

If someone hasn’t heard about the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, they might wonder, why such a long name. Just as long as the name, is also the variety around the coolest ski area in the Alps. The Salzburgerland region not only connects 270 kilometers of slopes, 70 modern lifts and 60 cosy and stylish huts, but also a feeling: the spirit of the Home of Lässig - or in other words: the individual feeling of happiness! This is what all fun-loving families, sporty alpine skiers and individual freeriders will find here.

Toboggan Run

There are many ways to go tobogganing, depends on your taste, slowly and romantic or speedy like a racer. Making you way up to the Spielberghaus you can either hike romantically through the winter wonderland or take the Pistenbully shuttle. No matter how you do it, you will definitely leave the hustle and bustle of the valley behind you.

Once at the top, our cosy dining room awaits you, where we serve culinary highlights and local Pinzgau specialties. The crowning glory: the toboggan run back into the valley on the three-kilometer-long, illuminated natural toboggan run.
