From what time can I check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14.00. If the room is ready earlier, it is of course possible to move in earlier.
Check-out is at the latest 10.30, so that our cleaning fairies can start with their work.
What is included in the room price, or what are the services included?
In the room price breakfast and dinner are included.

Shall I bring my own towels and bedding?
Please don't! The beds are ready for you upon check-in. We provide you with the classic red and white checked bed linen dressed over posh down duvets, we also provide you with towels.
Do you have WLAN?
Of course! It is free for everyone.
Is there a TV?
Only in our lounge! To let you know in advance, the tv is only on for special highlights and programmes.
How can I pay? What payments methods are possible?
Preferable payment in advance by bank transfer. On site we accept cash, bank cards and credit cards.

How can I reach you in the winter?
On arrival and departure we will pick you up with the PistenBully. We will arrange a time with you in advance. It is also possible to come on your own by skiis to us. Here are the directions.
How do I get from the ski slope to you?
Over the Kohlmais mountain. Here are the directions.
How do I get to you in the Summer?
Directly from the Spielbergweg up to the Spielberghaus. Here are the directions.
Can we also park up at the Spielberghaus?
Of course! In the summer we have parking spaces directly in front of Spielberghaus and in the winter at the end of the toboggan run. If the parking spaces are unavailable you can park in the parking garage at the Kohlmais parking house.
From when can we use the sauna/hot pot?
Daily from 16.00, when the weather is bad possibly earlier.
Do we need towels for the sauna?
We provide you with towels. Please bring your own bathrobe.
When is breakfast and evening dinner?
Our really generous breakfast buffet can be enjoyed daily from 07.30 to 10.00, if you are planning a longer day out, there are packed lunches for a small surcharge.
The 3-course half-board dinner is available daily from 18.00 to 20.00. There is of course other dietary options, please let us know in advance!
Do you offer vegan dishes?
Just let us know and we are happy to help you.
Is there a closing time?
At 11 p.m. it's bedtime at the hut.
Do you have a rest day?
In the summer Mondays and in the winter Sundays.
Do you have a bike garage?
Yes it is massive and it has video security surveillance.
Do you have a ski room and a heated boot rack?
Yes of course! You need warm shoes in the mornings.
Are dogs aloud?
Dogs are very welcome with us, we charge € 10,00 per dog and day, without food.
