Terms of Conditions
When booking, we ask you to transfer a deposit of 30% of the total price within 7 days. A deposit not received on our account after 14 days can result in a cancellation of the reservation.
TRAVEL INFORMATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
The reservation is made on the basis of the General Terms and Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH) 2006, as well as the reservation and cancellation conditions and the house rules of the Hotel Spielberghaus and must be confirmed with a deposit. The reservation is only valid after receipt of the deposit. With your deposit you agree to our terms and conditions.
The rooms are available from 14.00 on the day of arrival and until 10.30 on the day of departure. Your hotel services start at 14.00 on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure.
You have the option to confirm the reservation by bank transfer (with IBAN and BIC free of charge within Europe). Any bank charges incurred are to be paid by the contractual partner (guest). The amount of the deposit depends on the length of stay. In the event of late arrival and / or early departure, the room price minus local tax will be charged. Withdrawal from the accommodation contract by the contractual partner (guest) is only possible in writing - cancellation fees. Up to 1 month before the agreed arrival date of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by the contractual partner without paying a cancellation fee (subject to handling fee and / or any bank charges if the deposit is transferred back). Outside of this period, withdrawal by means of a unilateral declaration by the contractual partner is only possible with the following cancellation fees:
Up to 30 days before departure: free of charge; 29 to 14 days: 30%; 13 to 7 days: 50%; 6 days to arrival: 90% no-show / no show: 100% of the entire arrangement.
CANCELLATION OF INDIVIDUAL PERSONS
Should individual fellow travellers cancel, the entire stay will be charged minus local tax. If individual fellow travellers are only cancelled upon arrival, this is considered a no show. The cancellation invoice of the fellow traveller must be paid by the contractual partner (guest) on departure and cannot be forwarded. Cancellation of individual rooms for group reservations: The contractual partner (guest) is exclusively the contact who made the reservation or deposit. The cancellation invoice must be paid by the contractual partner (guest) before departure.
Open bills, arrangements and additional costs must be paid on departure. Unfortunately, we cannot issue customer invoices. We accept to settle the bill: MASTER, VISA, MAESTRO EC card (with pin code) or Euros cash. Please note any daily limits on your cards. Pre-checkout for early departures (before 07.30) please settle your account the evening before.
