Long story short: The history of Spielberghaus:

Georg Bachler built Spielberghaus. The first winter season as a restaurant came in 1946/47. | |

Here come the Hoells. And they bring with them economic success that has lasted here until today (fingers crossed!) | |

And then there was light, part 1: Spielberghaus is now provided with electricity. | |

The first toboggan is running down to Saalbach valley. | |

What a relief for all lazy people: A snowcat is now being installed to get visitors to Spielberghaus. | |

A new generation: Walter Hoell junior is now responsible for Spielberghaus. | |

And then there was light, part 2: The toboggan run is provided with lights. That makes tobogganing at night a mega event. | |
